Joanna Riley

Joanna Riley is an entrepreneur, investor, and mentor for diversity in technology. She is the CEO and Founder of Censia, a Talent Intelligence Platform that enables enterprises to hire, keep, and grow the best leaders in the world. Joanna is a repeat entrepreneur, having led multiple companies through both public and private exits and having raised over $200M. Early in Joanna’s career, she was part of the International Training Unit for the FBI, was a national rower, and earned her BA degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia. She is part of the President's Program at Harvard Business School. Joanna is an active member of the entrepreneurship community as an early-stage investor and a member of the Board of Young Presidents Organization as part of the Global Membership Council.
