Tina Antonio

Tina Antonio is an accomplished professional in the not-for-profit sector with extensive experience in fundraising, strategy, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Compton Fundraising Consultants Ltd and as the Founder of Tribal Songs, a social enterprise promoting the talents of indigenous peoples, Tina has held various leadership roles, including Head of Fundraising at Rowcroft Hospice and Chief Executive at Change Q. With a strong background in initiating impactful charitable initiatives, Tina has also contributed to significant projects at TREE AID, KEMP Hospice, and Secret World Wildlife Rescue, among others. Tina holds a Master of Science in Strategy, Change and Leadership from the University of Bristol and has pursued further education in coaching and mentoring.
