Rob O'Connor

Rob O'Connor is currently the Chief Information Officer at Comptroller of Maryland, where Rob oversees large modernization initiatives such as new integrated tax system, CRM platform, ERP replacement, and establishing ITIL structure. Previously, Rob served as the Chief Information Officer at Baltimore County where Rob was responsible for strategic management and daily operations of the technology department. Rob also has experience as a Chief Technology Officer and Senior Network Engineer. Rob holds a BS in Information Systems from University of Maryland Baltimore County.
