Victoria Steeger

Victoria Steeger is currently the Chief Performance Officer at Comptroller of Maryland since November 2023. Previously, Victoria served as the Chief Learning Officer at the State of Maryland from October 2019 to November 2023, where Victoria led the professional development of Maryland's procurement workforce. Steeger holds a Ph.D in Instructional Technology from Wayne State University/Regent University, an M.Ed in Education from the University of Arkansas, and a BSE in Music Education from the University of Arkansas.
