Gifty Intsiful has a diverse range of work experience. gifty began their career in 2000 as an AAKdistrict assembly member in Ghana, where they served until 2009. gifty then worked as an Assistant Programs Manager at the Media Foundation for West Africa from August 2013 to December 2014. During this time, they assisted in monitoring the 2012 election petition adjudication and contributed to program organization and company events. From December 2015 to October 2019, Gifty held the position of Administrative Manager at Incentive Marketing. gifty'sresponsibilities included overseeing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, planning work schedules, and handling office equipment servicing and document filing. gifty also managed customer service, disbursed funds, maintained records, and controlled inventory. In 2019, Gifty joined CompuGhana LTD. as an Account Executive, where they currently work. Finally, in March 2021, they took on the role of Human Resources Manager at CJ Schools Modern Montessori Education Centre.

Gifty Intsiful began their education at Ghana Institute of Journalism in 2006, where they pursued a Diploma in Communication Studies. gifty completed this program in 2008. Following this, they enrolled in Ghana Institute of Journalism again in 2011 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication with a concentration in English, research analysis, advertising, and public relations in 2013.
