Riad Zaghloul

Riad Zaghloul is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technology infrastructure management and network engineering. Currently serving as IT Operations Manager at Compu Ghana LTD since May 2016, Riad oversees daily operations of technology systems and manages the help desk process alongside the IT field team. Previously, as a Senior Network Engineer from March 2013 to March 2016 at Compu Ghana LTD, Riad handled advanced configurations for various networking projects and provided guidance for technical support teams. Riad holds multiple certifications from Cisco Networking Academy, including Cisco Certified Specialist in Enterprise Advanced Infrastructure Implementation, Enterprise Core, and Enterprise Design. Additional qualifications include VMware Certified Professional in Data Center Virtualization, and a Bachelor's degree in Network and System Administration from NIIT.
