Abigail Grove has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2015 with an Educational Outreach Intern role at Project Favela. Abigail then became a Migrant Education Program Intern at Northwestern Intermediate Unit V in the same year. In 2016, they joined Teach For America as a 2016 Teach for America Northeast Ohio Corps Member, and also took on the role of an Elementary School Teacher/Talent Acquisition Specialist at Breakthrough Schools. In 2018, they became a Math Educator at The Newton School, and in 2019 they added two roles to their resume: an ELL Online Learning Instructor at VIPKid, and a Science Specialist at Highland School Warrenton, VA. In 2022, they became an ELL Specialist at Loudoun County Public Schools. Most recently, in 2023, they became a Contractor at Learning Forte, and a Client Success Manager at Relay.

Abigail Grove is currently enrolled in a Master of Education program at Regent University, with a focus in Education. Prior to this, they completed an Endorsement Program in TESOL at Ashland University between 2017 and 2018. Between 2012 and 2015, Abigail Grove attended Westminster College (PA) and earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Music. Before that, they attended Ephrata High School from 2009 to 2012. Abigail Grove also holds various certifications, such as Finding and Retaining High Potentials, Recruiting Foundations: Recruiting for In-House Recruiters, Strategic Human Resources, Uncovering Unconscious Bias in Recruiting and Interviewing, a Teaching License from the Virginia Department of Education, a Teaching License-Standard from the Ohio Department of Education, and a Customer Success Management Level 1 Certification from SuccessCoaching.
