Dana Hetzer

Dana Hetzer is an experienced IT Project Manager with a comprehensive background in project management and technical support. Currently serving as a Principal Project Manager at Compucom since June 2005, Dana has successfully managed various projects involving the creation and maintenance of project schedules and documentation, as well as overseeing change management and financial aspects of projects. Prior to this, Dana held roles at Rockwell Automation, including Support Team Lead and Network Print Administrator, where responsibilities included support for network printers and users across multiple facilities. Dana's career began with a role as a Senior Technical Support Analyst at Compucom. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Information Systems from Ottawa University and an A.A.S. in Information Systems from Gateway Community & Technical College.
