Danish Mustafa

Danish Mustafa has a diverse range of work experience in the field of IT audit and risk management. Danish currently holds the position of Team Lead, IT Compliance, Audit and Risk Management at Compucom. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Information Security Auditor at Compucom, where they conducted ISO 27001 audits and performed SOX audits. Before joining Compucom, Danish worked as a Lead Internal Auditor, IT at Great Canadian Gaming Corporation, where they developed internal control frameworks and IT security audit programs. Danish also reviewed and validated Control Self Assessments performed by the IT department. Danish has also worked as a Senior Information Technology Auditor at PRA Canada and as a Consultant specializing in IT Security Audit & Risk Consulting at BizTech Masters Inc. Danish began their career as an IT Audit Consultant - Risk Management at KPMG TH, where they conducted network security audits and audited application controls. Throughout their career, Danish has gained experience in various areas such as IT security audits, project management, network security, databases, application controls, and compliance with company policies and standards.

Danish Mustafa has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Finance from PIMSAT, obtained in 2011. Danish also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Technology from PIMSAT, obtained in 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Staffordshire University in 2005. Danish Mustafa completed their Intermediate in Computer Science from D.H.A. College in 2002 and their Matriculation in Computer Science from The City School in 2000. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Certified Information Systems Auditor® (CISA) certification from ISACA in 2018.
