Jay Agasthi

Jay Agasthi has extensive experience in project management and agile practices. Jay started their career in 2004 as a Principal at SAI Enterprises Inc. In 2006, they joined Travelers as a Consultant PMO BACC. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Consultant - Agile Practice PMO at American Express. In 2014, they became a Consultant - Agile Scrum Master and Coach at Nasdaq. Jay then joined Bank of America in 2015 as a Scrum Master Consultant. In 2016, they worked at Capital One as a SAFe consultant Sr. Scrum Master. Currently, they are an SVP Global Fund Accounting Agile Practices Management at BNY Mellon, a position they have held since 2017.

Jay Agasthi attended Bhavan's Public School for an unknown period of time. Jay then obtained certifications as an Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute and as a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
