Krystal Barnes

Krystal Barnes is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles, currently serving as VP of Human Resources at Compucom since September 2017. Krystal has held multiple positions within Compucom, including Senior Director of Total Rewards and Shared Services, Director of Total Rewards and Shared Services, Director of Organizational Effectiveness, Human Resources Director, Senior Manager of Human Resources, and Senior HR Business Partner. Prior to Compucom, Krystal worked at XPO Logistics, Inc. as a Senior HR Business Partner and Human Resources Manager, among other roles. Earlier experience includes serving as HR and Safety Manager and Operations Manager at Crothall Healthcare and as HR Training Specialist at Panera Bread. Krystal holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Central Florida.
