Virender Lepcha

Virender Lepcha has extensive experience in IT service management, currently serving as the Director IT Service Desk at CompuCom since February 2018. Prior to this role, Virender held various positions at Wipro from February 2002 to February 2018, including Service Desk Manager, where responsibilities included managing a 24x7 English Global Service Desk with a team of 74 full-time employees. Virender also managed operations for a project with an average of 120 consultants and several supervisors and leads. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from the College of Vocation Studies, Virender has built a robust career focused on IT service operations and management.
