Soujanya Sounderajan has extensive work experience in the field of recruitment and management. soujanya started their career as a Customer Support Executive at IBM in 2009 and then worked as a Senior Quality Analyst / Quality Coach / Voice Coach at Tech Mahindra from 2010 to 2012. soujanya joined GENPACT in 2012 as a Management Trainee/ Assistant Manager and was responsible for conducting technical interviews, handling the PIR round, and training new hires.
