Austin Tauro

Austin Tauro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Delivery Manager for Customer Success at Compugen Inc since February 2024, Austin previously held key roles at NICE, including Sr. Specialist Customer Success Manager for North America and Sr. Technical Program Manager. At IBM, Austin was a Global Delivery Project Executive and led service delivery for IBM Global Accounts. Earlier in the career, Austin worked at J.P. Morgan in supervisory positions within Collateral Management and Research & Maintenance, and held roles at DHL and Ocwen Financial Solutions.
