Jen Frazier has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jen started their career in 2009 as a Rehabilitation Department Director at RehabCare, where they managed an interdisciplinary team and empowered the community through educational sessions. Jen then worked as the Director of Operations at Macadvantage, LLC, where they managed client relationships and streamlined business strategies. Jen also has experience in performing arts, having worked as an Improvisation and Sketch Comedy Performer at The Second City. In 2012, they became a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Select Rehabilitation, REX Therapeutics, and QTC, where they trained patients, developed best practices, and mentored OT students. Jen furthered their skills by becoming a UX/UI Student at Bloc in 2019. In 2020, Jen founded JF Designs, LLC, where they developed branding and product design strategies. Additionally, they worked as a Temporary Associate at Beacon Hill Staffing Group and as a Server at Doc's Beach House. Their most recent experience includes working as a Temporary Associate of Partnership and Development at New Teacher Center and as a Registration Project Manager at CompuSystems.
Jen Frazier obtained a Certificate in UX Design from Bloc in 2020. Prior to that, they completed the Professional Certificate of Completion from The Second City Conservatory Program in 2014. In 2013, they finished The Second City Improvisational Comedy Program. Jen also holds an Associate Degree of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy Assistant from Nashville State Community College, which they obtained in 2006.
