Bela Gurban

Bela Gurban is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in business operations and management. Currently serving as Head of Operations and previously as Business Operations Manager at Computacenter since August 2019, Bela has led teams totaling 88 members, focusing on budget management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement projects. Prior roles include Service Manager at ALD Automotive Germany, Order-to-Cash Manager at Acelity, and various leadership positions at BP, Kinetic Concepts, Tata Consultancy Services, and ExxonMobil, with a track record of reducing service level agreements and managing complex financial processes. Bela holds a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Pazmany Peter Catholic University.
