Victoria Palmer

Victoria Palmer has over a decade of experience in incident management and service operations within the IT sector. Currently serving as a Business Enablement Manager at Computacenter since April 2012, Victoria has previously held roles as an Infrastructure Service Manager and Major Incident Manager within the same company. Prior to Computacenter, Victoria worked at Sectra from November 2009 to March 2012 as an Incident, Change and Problem Manager, and at BT Global Services from November 2007 to November 2009 as an Incident Manager.
