Torunn Nilsen Tysnes

Torunn Nilsen Tysnes has extensive experience in human resources and project management. Since February 2008, Torunn has served as a Senior HR Consultant at Computas AS, managing various HR processes such as labor law issues, sick leave follow-up, parental leave guidance, payroll responsibilities, onboarding, and offboarding, in addition to project management and full-cycle recruitment. Prior to this role, Torunn worked as a Project Leader at Borg AS from November 2003 to January 2008, overseeing customer and supplier relations for project coordination and execution. Torunn also held the position of Marketing Consultant at ELCON Finans AS from January 2000 to August 2003, responsible for managing the marketing budget for various financial products, and was the Marketing Manager at Organisasjons Profil ANS in 1999, targeting corporate sales of promotional items. Torunn holds a degree as Siviløkonom from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), completed in 1998.
