Joe Cozzolino

Joe Cozzolino is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of CDS since March 2023, Joe previously held senior roles at Siris Capital Group as both Executive Advisor and Executive Partner from October 2018 to March 2023. Joe's leadership experience includes serving as Executive Chairman of TPx Communications and Senior Vice President at Cisco, where responsibilities included overseeing a $13 billion global services business. With a robust background at Motorola Mobility, Joe managed substantial P&L operations across various regions and successfully led business turnarounds. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and an MBA from Anna Maria College.
