Steve Smith

Steve Smith is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in corporate governance and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Board Member at Sharon Heights Golf and Country Club and as a Trustee and Chair at the Computer History Museum, Steve has held significant positions including CEO at the Computer History Museum and Churchill Club Board Member until February 2020. With a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, Steve served as Senior Managing Director at Arma Partners and Managing Director at The Interim CEO Network. Additionally, Steve held key roles at Broadview International, Reference Technology, Amdahl Corporation, and Fairchild Camera and Instrument. Steve's academic credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University.
