Claudio Inostroza is an experienced network and IT professional with a comprehensive background spanning from database administration to network engineering. Currently serving as a Network Engineer at Computer Network Services since August 2023, Claudio previously worked as a Network Operations Center Technician at WiLine Networks, where responsibilities included troubleshooting network issues and managing trouble tickets. Additional roles include E-Commerce Specialist at Tu Chile Aqui, overseeing online retail operations and supply chain logistics, and Service Desk Analyst at Innovative Technology Solutions, providing support for PC issues. Claudio also founded Tu Chile Aqui, LLC, the largest online retailer of Chilean products in the USA. With experience in data center management and various IT support roles dating back to 1995, Claudio is well-versed in networking, database management, and customer support, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Management from Devry Technical Institute.
