Amy Kao

Amy Kao, MBA, is a seasoned professional in financial operations with extensive experience in managing and overseeing banking processes. Currently serving as a DDA Transition Specialist at CSI since March 2021, Amy previously held various leadership roles at Tri Counties Bank from 1996 to August 2018, including Operations Manager, where planning and implementation of the In-house Credit Card project were spearheaded. Amy effectively managed the operations department during a key bank acquisition, ensuring smooth systems integration across 22 branches. With a strong focus on compliance, Amy led Enterprise Risk Management efforts and acted as a liaison for legal and operational matters across multiple branches. Amy's expertise in training has significantly benefited over 500 employees annually, complemented by an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from California State University, Chico.
