Andy Johns

Andy Johns is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT management and client operations. Currently serving as Manager of Infrastructure (MS System Services) at CSI since September 2023, Andy previously held the role of Director of Client Operations at DeepNet Proactive Support, where leadership led to exemplary client experiences and a 98.9% positive CSAT score post-merger. Andy has also managed multiple service teams at DCNC, Inc., successfully adapting services for remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic, and has a strong background in consolidating operations at NexusTek and leading special projects during tenures at Marathon Consulting and Netsurit. Additionally, Andy co-founded CO Smiles, Inc., a nonprofit charity, demonstrating a commitment to community service. Andy holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Security from ITT Technical Institute.
