Brian Moock

Brian Moock is an accomplished professional with over 24 years of experience in the technology and services sector, currently serving as the BSG Implementations Manager at CSI since February 1999. In this role, Brian leads a team tasked with implementing Managed Services, Document Services, and Banking Core product lines. Previously, Brian held various titles including MSG Manager - Engineers and Technical Team Lead, overseeing large technical projects and customer onboardings. As Lead I&M Field Engineer, responsibilities included managing field and remote service teams while optimizing service desk operations. With a strong foundation in systems administration and technical support, Brian has also contributed significantly to software conversions in data centers during earlier positions. Brian's academic qualifications include an MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, both from Bellevue University.
