Fred Stapleton has extensive experience in relationship management and customer service, currently serving as Vice President of Relationship Management at CSI since February 2005. Fred leads nationwide teams focused on managing and retaining business relationships while providing solutions and exceptional customer service for the CSI NuPoint Core. Prior roles at CSI include Senior Director and Director of Relationship Management, as well as Account Manager. Prior to CSI, Fred worked at City National Bank as Loan Operations Supervisor and in Loan Operations/Commercial Loan Review, and at City Mortgage Services as Portfolio Analyst. Fred holds a Regents Bachelor of Arts degree from Marshall University.
