Heather Castleberry

Heather Castleberry has extensive experience in sales and customer service within the financial sector. Currently serving as a Sales Development Representative and Sales Contractor at CSI since December 2014, Heather focuses on facilitating potential new financial partnerships in Core Processing by coordinating between potential customers and Business Development Directors. Previously, Heather worked as a Field Rep at Woodmen of the World, where achievements included recognition in the Sure Start Top 3 Program and earning Top Rookie sales for the region. Additionally, Heather held roles at River Valley Ag Credit as a Service Center Coordinator, emphasizing excellent customer service, and at Heritage Bank, where responsibilities included account management and transaction processing. Heather pursued higher education at Mid-Continent University and Murray State University.
