Hythem El-Nazer

Hythem El-Nazer is a Co-Managing Partner at TA Associates, having joined the firm in November 2004 as an Associate and advancing to Managing Director in 2015 before being promoted to Co-Managing Partner in 2025. With a focus on leading enterprise software investments, El-Nazer co-heads the North American Technology Group, manages the Boston office, and chairs the firm’s Management Committee. Additionally, El-Nazer serves as a board member for multiple companies, including Certinia, Momentive Software, CSI, Kinective, Lumivero, Advantive, Revalize, Appfire, and Ivanti. El-Nazer holds an A.B. in Economics from Brown University, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and completed a General Course at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
