Jake A. Rousseau

Jake A. Rousseau is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an Open Banking Integration Specialist (III) at CSI since April 2022, where responsibilities include managing multiple integration projects and providing strategic guidance on customer workflows and technical infrastructure. Prior to this role, Jake spent over a decade at Synergy Bank, holding various positions such as IT Support Specialist, Cash Management Specialist, Electronic Banking Administrator, and Bank Teller, where tasks involved technical support, customer relationship management, and the implementation of banking products and services. Jake is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity at Southern New Hampshire University, building on foundational knowledge gained from a high school diploma obtained at South Terrebonne High.
