John Blevin

John Blevin serves as senior vice president and general counsel for CSI, providing leadership for the company’s legal, compliance and ethics functions. He has more than 19 years of experience advising public companies on product, revenue, corporate development and risk mitigation strategies. Before joining CSI, John served as senior managing counsel for Visa, overseeing and developing the legal strategy for Visa Business Solutions and Global Deals areas.

John has also worked as a vice president for First Data Corporation, where he managed the company’s M&A, joint venture and venture investment transactions. Previously in his career, John served as a senior associate with one of the world’s leading law firms, Weil Gotshal, where he advised senior executives of public and private companies on a range of topics, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, securities matters and corporate governance issues. John earned a B.S. from the University of Buffalo and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
