Jonathan S.

Jonathan S. started their career in 2004 at First Kentucky Bank, where they held the role of Branch Manager/Branch Admin Assistant. In this role, they focused on identifying and capitalizing on community business opportunities, assessing employee performance, and enhancing branch production rates through staff management and coaching.

In 2013, Jonathan joined CSI as a Product Specialist. Jonathan then advanced to the role of Product Manager, where they owned and prioritized the product backlog and oversaw the entire product deployment process. Jonathan focused on building critical features upfront to identify constraints and technical challenges. Recently, in 2022, they were promoted to the position of Director of Strategic Product Management.

Jonathan S. attended Mid-Continent University from 2008 to 2011 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they attended Graves County High School from 1998 to 2001. Additionally, they have a certification from Pragmatic Institute called PMC-III.
