Kelsie Sclafani is a seasoned professional in product experience design and UX strategy, currently serving as the Director of UX/Product Design at CSI since 2025. Previously, Kelsie held the position of Director of Product Experience Design at Mastercard and served as both an IT Business Analyst and User Experience Designer at John Hancock Financial Services from 2014 to 2017. Kelsie began their career in the IT Leadership Program at GE Capital in 2013. They earned a Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, graduating Magna Cum Laude, from Bentley College.
