Ken Gayron

Ken Gayron is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles, primarily as Chief Financial Officer. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at CSI since February 2024, Ken previously held key positions at Avid and Numerex Corp., where significant public turnarounds and strategic mergers were successfully executed. At Osmotica Pharmaceutical Corp., Ken drove substantial improvements in profitability and enterprise value, while also leading strategic M&A efforts. Previous experience includes roles at Sensus, Nuance Communications, UBS Investment Bank, GE Capital, and CIBC World Markets, encompassing expertise in financial planning, treasury management, and corporate development. Ken holds an MBA in Finance from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston College.
