Matthew Swatzell

Matthew Swatzell has extensive experience in customer service and financial roles, currently serving as CRC Representative at CSI since May 2021. Previously, Matthew worked as a Conversion Specialist at AimBank from December 2017 to May 2021, and held various positions at Temenos as a customer support representative from September 2008 to September 2017, as well as at Computer Services, Inc. as a Phone Support Representative from July 2003 to September 2008. Earlier in the career, Matthew was a Commercial Teller Supervisor at Amarillo National Bank from July 2001 to June 2003 and served as a Teller at Happy State Bank from May 1996 to July 2001. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in General Studies from West Texas A&M University, earned between 1996 and 2000, and completed high school at Canyon High School from 1992 to 1996.
