Rachael Willis

Rachael Willis is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the industry, currently holding a position at CSI since November 2022. Prior to that, Rachael worked at Pioneer Millwork, Inc. and Sims-Lohman Fine Kitchens and Granite, where roles included project management and production sales. Rachael began a career in project management at American Fixture & Display, with an earlier role as a sales operations manager at Premier Surfaces, showcasing a strong foundation in both sales and project execution. Rachael holds a General Engineering/Technical Certification in Drafting/Design, Civil Engineering from Chattanooga State Community College, earned between 2009 and 2012.
