Scott Hess

Scott Hess has over 35 years of work experience in the financial software industry. Scott currently serves as the Head of Digital Banking & Strategy at CSI since May 2022. Previously, they worked at Fiserv for over 22 years, holding various roles including Owner, Licensed Products- Digital Channels and Vice President of UX, Consulting & Innovations Teams. Scott also served as the Vice President of Innovations & Business Development from January 2017 to October 2022. Prior to Fiserv, they were the VP Consulting at Corillian from 2000 to 2007 and the Director of Consulting at Reuters Financial Software from 1986 to 2000.

Scott Hess attended the University of Florida from 1982 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Computer Engineering. Prior to that, from 1980 to 1982, they studied Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering at the Florida Institute of Technology.
