Ted Bechtold

Ted Bechtold is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in IT management and operations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of IT at Computer Services, Inc. since June 2015, Ted leads a team dedicated to IT automation, datacenter monitoring, capacity management, and corporate application support. Prior roles include Vice President/Director of Corporate IT/Customer Care at ACI Worldwide, where Ted oversaw global service desk operations and improved asset utilization and security posture. Ted's career began at First Data Corporation, where multiple roles culminated in the position of VP Command Center Operations, focusing on platform monitoring and incident management. Ted holds a degree from Creighton University.
