Tracy Ballard has extensive experience in cybersecurity and network engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Cybersecurity and previously as a Cyber Security Engineer at CSI since May 2010. Responsibilities include maintaining Cisco Firepower Threat Defense appliances and building custom intrusion rules. As a Network Engineer, Tracy analyzed, designed, and troubleshot customer LAN/WAN solutions, deployed Cisco Call Manager, and evaluated new technology opportunities. Also managed customer infrastructure and VPN client networks in the role of Customer Network Services. Tracy began the career with an internship at Murray State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications Systems Management from the same institution.
