Michael has also served in roles such as Senior Network Engineer and Manager of Network Services, demonstrating their expertise in managing network teams and infrastructure. Michael holds a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Networking & Telecommunications from Fort Hays State University.
