Andrew Booker

Andrew Booker has extensive experience in IT support and engineering, currently serving as an L2 Engineer at Computer St. Louis since September 2019, and previously as an L1 Engineer at the same company since April 2017. Responsibilities include installation and operation of computer systems, storage devices, and networking hardware, as well as managing Windows 2003 servers. Prior to this, Andrew worked as a Help Desk representative at Convergys Customer Service, Inc. from September 2002 to August 2004, where duties involved assisting customers with DSL hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and account issues. Andrew graduated from Normandy Senior High in 1999 and attended Saint Louis Community College.
