Diki Kolimbiris has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 1991, they worked as a District Credit Manager at EMJ, where they managed receivable portfolios and improved A/R performance measures. In 2002, they became a Credit Manager at Builders Plumbing & Heating Supply Company, leading a team to regain control of receivables and improving customer service. From 2003 to 2004, Diki worked as an Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections Manager at Archibald Candy Company, where they implemented changes to cash application processing and managed credit policies. They then transitioned to being a Consultant at Creative Memories from 2001 to 2011, handling sales, customer education, and recordkeeping. Diki also had experience in the hockey industry, serving as the Administrative Assistant at Illinois Elite Hockey from 2013 to 2014, and later as the Accounting & Administrative Director at Team Illinois Hockey Club from 2014 to 2015. Currently, Diki is working at Computer System Innovations, Inc as the Finance Operations Manager, responsible for various accounting and administrative functions. They have been able to utilize their past experiences while also adapting to the software industry.
