Matt later pursued a Master's degree in Telecommunication Management (MTM) from Washington University in St. Louis, which they completed from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Matt De La Hunt has obtained certifications in ITSM Service Manager v2 and ITIL Foundation v3 from ITSM, as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
