Ray Whetstone

Ray Whetstone, PMP, has over 25 years of experience in program management within the IT sector. Since November 2017, Ray has served as Program Manager at Computer World Services Corp. (CWS). Prior to this, from September 1997 to November 2017, Ray held the position of Senior Manager Programs at CSRA Inc., where a notable accomplishment included the initiation of Datatrac Information Services. Ray's progression at CSRA began as Project Manager for the USCIS project, advancing to Project Technical Manager, and later transitioning to Program Manager for the NICS Program in 2003, following the acquisition of Datatrac Information Services in 2006.
