Richard Hyatt, PMP has over 30 years of work experience. Richard started their career in the US Air Force in 1983, where they served as Chief Enlisted Manager (CEM)/Squadron Superintendent until 2007. Richard then joined SAIC as a Project Manager from December 2007 to May 2014. After that, Richard Hyatt joined Computer World Services Corp. (CWS) in June 2014 as a Program Manager.

Richard Hyatt, PMP pursued higher education in various fields throughout their career. Richard obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management/Computer Info Systems from Park University, where they studied from 1999 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended the Community College of the Air Force from 1984 to 1991, where they earned two Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degrees. The first AAS degree was in Electronics Technology, and the second was in Instructor Methodology.

Later, Richard Hyatt, PMP further enhanced their education by pursuing a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Information Technology Management from Webster University between 2008 and 2011.

In addition to their academic achievements, Richard Hyatt, PMP has also obtained several certifications. These include the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2013, the CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA in 2016, and the ITIL 4 Foundation certification from PeopleCert in 2021. Richard also holds the ITIL v3 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice, although the exact timeline for obtaining this certification is unknown.
