Luc Hanssen

Luc HANSSEN has extensive experience in IT project management and service delivery, currently serving as Service Delivery Manager and Chef de projet at COMPUTERLAND Belgium since April 2004. Responsibilities include managing service contracts, coordinating IT teams, overseeing the implementation of IT solutions, and ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets, backed by ITIL certification. Prior to this, Luc held positions at TECHNOMEDIA Multimedia Services from October 1992 to April 2004, where responsibilities included the design of interactive kiosks, the development of interactive presentations, and website creation. Luc holds a degree in Enseignement Supérieur Pédagogique from HEPL - Haute Ecole de la Province de Liège.
