Kent Ho

Kent Ho has over a decade of experience in the IT industry. Kent began their career in 2007 as an Event Technical Support for Menlo Events Services, where they were responsible for tradeshow computer and AV rental, support, setup, and teardown, as well as imaging/preparing equipment for deployment and inventory control. In 2008, they assumed the role of IT Technician at ReadyServe Computer Center, where they managed the daily operations of the 5 classroom training facility and provided tech support to students and teachers. In 2009, they became a System Engineer and Software Engineer at CCT Technologies, Inc., where they were responsible for inhouse and offsite IT support for various size companies. In 2014, they joined SYNNEX as a System Administrator and IT Specialist, where they managed Microsoft Office 365 administration in exchange, SharePoint and Teams, as well as Active directory, file, print, security service roles, video surveillance server, and network design and implementation.

Kent Ho attended San Jose State University from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended Pensacola Christian School. No additional certifications have been listed.
