Michelle Ho

Michelle Ho has more than 20 years of experience in corporate services, accounting, tax compliance, and HR & payroll services. Michelle currently holds the position of Managing Director at Computershare Governance Services. Prior to this, they worked at EY as an Associate Partner, where they provided services to Fortune Global 500 and Forbes Global 2000 clients. Michelle also served as the Director of Global Shared Services (China) at TMF Group, where they oversaw various offices and provided a range of services. Michelle started their career at Grant Thornton LLP in the Corporate Services department.

Michelle Ho is a Fellow Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators, UK. Michelle is also a Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors. Michelle Ho holds a Master of Corporate Governance degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Body Language for Leaders and Thinking Like a Leader from LinkedIn. The certifications were obtained in April 2018.
