Shiam previously worked at Pobl Group as Board Secretariat & Governance Officer from November 2011 to July 2018, and held the role of Sales Planner at Altron Communications Equipment Ltd from July 2010 to November 2011. Early career roles included EA to EVP Europe & Americas/Interline Manager at Qatar Airways and EA to Regional Manager UK & Ireland/Holland at Royal Jordanian. Shiam holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Benghazi (Garyounis), obtained between 1993 and 1996.
