Andrew Burns

Andrew Burns is an experienced software developer with a strong background in various roles within the tech industry. Currently serving as Lead Developer at Computershare since October 2018, Andrew has previously held positions as Senior .NET Developer. Prior experience includes working as a Software Developer at HRH Geological Services, contributing to the development of the Gravitas suite for the oil and gas industry, and at e-Messaging Solutions Ltd, where Andrew enhanced an enterprise product by transitioning its architecture from Visual Basic to C#. Earlier in Andrew’s career, as a C# Developer at Data Messaging Limited, the focus was on creating Document Archiving software with OCR capabilities. Andrew holds a Master of Science degree in Computing from the University of Bradford and completed secondary education at Ermysted's Grammar School in Skipton.
