Ann Bowering

Ann Bowering is the current CEO of Computershare's Issuer Services - US. Ann has also served as the Managing Director & CEO of the National Stock Exchange of Australia and as a Non-Executive Director of the same organization. Bowering has also been the CFO and Director of Financial & Energy Exchange and the Group Executive of the same company. Lucsan Capital Pty Ltd was acquired by IRESS Ltd in 2018, where Bowering served as Head of Operations and Business Development.
