Ben Henton

Ben Henton is a seasoned professional in transfer pricing and international tax, currently serving as the Global Head of Transfer Pricing at Computershare since March 2022. Prior to this role, Ben held positions at BDO UK LLP as a Tax Director, and at DBS Bank as the Head of Transfer Pricing, where responsibilities included the development of a Global Transfer Pricing framework and managing tax audits across the network. Ben has also worked as a Senior Tax Manager at HSBC, focusing on transfer pricing and international tax policy, and held various roles related to corporate tax advisory at UniCredit and Royal Bank of Scotland Business. Ben’s career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Assistant Consultant. Academic credentials include degrees in Law from the University of Bristol and the University of Reading.
